Our Medical Director works with the patient's Primary Care Physician to create an ideal plan of treatment that is regularly updated by our highly knowledgeable clinical team. From education on hospice services to regular home visits, everyone involved remains informed throughout all phases of care, reinforcing a solid commitment to quality above all else at every turn!
Pain & Symptom Management
Our nurses strive to provide compassionate and individualized strategies for symptom relief.
Working closely with your loved ones, our team ensures they receive the necessary medications and treatments during home visits so their pain can be managed comfortably. We are dedicated to providing tailored service that meets each patient's specific needs while also respecting their wishes.
Personalized Care
To ensure the best possible match between patient and caregiver, our Patient Care Coordinator evaluates requests and health information from both sides. Then it's time for an experienced nurse or hospice aide to step in with whatever assistance is needed—from bathing to feeding all the way through daily living support. We don't just stop there; if additional specialized attention is required, we have a dedicated care management coordinator who will be sure everything gets attended to!
Our Volunteers
A team of dedicated, friendly volunteers surrounds each patient to provide extra care. They take walks together, read favorite stories aloud and craft special projects to make the person feel seen and remembered - all while caring for their emotional well-being through every step of the journey.

Bereavement support services
Coping with the loss of a loved one can be incredibly hard. Bluevine Hospice has partnered with The Purple Butterfly foundation to provide bereavement services for families dealing with grief. A qualified coordinator will meet you during admission and stay by your side throughout every step of hospice care, providing support when you need it the most.
Social and spiritual help
Caring for the physical needs of patients is a priority, but here at Bluevine, we recognize that emotional and spiritual support are equally essential. Our Medical Social Workers will help you with anything from paperwork to general admission questions, while our chaplain and bereavement teams can provide spiritual guidance throughout care and even assist with organizing funeral services and memorials according to specific wishes.

Bluevine Hospice coordinates directly with insurance companies to provide access to necessary medical equipment and supplies so that nobody is burdened by financial stresses at this difficult time.
