To ensure eligibility for hospice care, patients must satisfy two essential State and Federal criteria.

A patient must have a life expectancy of 6 months or less, as certified by two physicians, assuming the illness follows its typical course.

The patient has made the decision to discontinue curative treatment and instead prioritize the management of symptoms.
Individuals eligible for our hospice services may be dealing with frequent hospital stays, progressive weight loss, declining mental abilities, recurrent infections, and difficulty with daily tasks.
